Omar A Nasr
Omar Nasr is a cinematographer and multidisciplinary artist with over a decade of experience in visual storytelling. He co-founded Kaff Media Production in Yemen in 2012, where he served as the Director of Photography for numerous projects, including short films, documentaries, music videos, and TV commercials. These experiences laid the foundation for his mastery in capturing compelling visuals that evoke deep emotional resonance.
Omar’s career expanded further during his tenure as a Multimedia and Communications Officer for the World Health Organization (WHO) in Yemen, where he produced photo stories and short documentaries highlighting the resilience of communities amidst health crises.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts Graphic Desig
n (2016), Omar brings a diverse creative perspective to his cinematography, combining a strong sense of design with an acute sensitivity to storytelling. Currently based in the Netherlands, Omar continues to explore and refine his craft, connecting with global audiences through films that aim to inspire and transform.
